uhelp.ai uses a simple token system. Tokens never expire, and you only pay for what you use.

How tokens are spent
Different models and modalities cost different amounts:
- Chat & Code — a flat per-message cost depending on the model.
- Image — varies by FLUX model and settings.
- Video — priced by clip length and model.
Running low
When your balance drops below 500 tokens, a banner appears across the app prompting you to top up. Below 100, it turns red — generations may start to fail until you add more.
